The research chair provides oversight of the project and chair all planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and management meetings of the project.
These consist of investigators from various disciplines including Reproductive Health, Pediatrics, Public Health, Health Management, Biostatistics and Social Science.
There is an Administrator in the Eldoret research office who works under the direction of the research chair.
In the field, there is the Program Manager and the data Management team of a data manager and data entry clerks.
The communities, local leadership and county health managers are involved in the planning and implementation of the project through representation on the site coordinating committees.
There is an advisory team from outside Moi University who advice the research team on the research and implementation issues of the project.
The research team is multidisciplinary drawn from several schools, departments and expert backgrounds in Moi University College of Health Sciences.
